Everdream, a market leader in on-demand desktop management software, partnered with Blurred Whisper to redesign their flagship application from the ground up. Following numerous in-depth conversations with customers and IT users, an experience design strategy was developed to primarily focus on simplicity, coherency, flexibility, and scalability.

The new SaaS-enabled solution helps organizations reduce the costs and risks of their IT operations. It allows customers centrally manage thousands of computing devices, track dispersed assets, dynamically distribute software, manage patches, and enforce IT policies.

This new product (now called Dell Desktop Manager) played a significant role in Everdream’s acquisition by Dell in late 2007.
